If 30 days passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a reimbursement or an exchange.
Furthermore, no personalized item can be reimbursed.
To benefit from a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original wrapping.
To return an item, you must present a receipt or a proof of purchase to us.

Reimbursements (if needs be):
Once we will receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we received it. We will also inform you about our decision as for the approbation or the rejection of your reimbursement request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days
Delayed or missing refunds (if required):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account once again.
Then, contact the emitter entity of your credit card, because there could be a period of time before the official display of your refund.
Afterwards, contact your bank. There is often a necessary treatment period before the display of the refund.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (where necessary):
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in that case you want to exchange it with the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and send us your item at Mouyma, 189 avenue Colgate, Terrasses de Sormiou, 13009 Marseille, France.
If the returned goods were identified as a gift when the purchase was made, and it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of equal value as the one of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift voucher by mail.
If the returned item wasn’t identified as a gift when the purchase was made, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item firstly to offer it later to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the goods.

You will have to pay for your own shipping costs to return your item, and it is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the delivery costs will be deducted from it.
The necessary period to receive your exchanged product can vary according to the place where you live.
If you send an article that is over 75€, you should consider the use of a delivering service that enables you to follow the shipment or subscribe to a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee you that we will receive the item that you return.
