Do I need to create an account to place my order?

You don’t need to create an account to order, nonetheless, signing in will enable you to find your cart the next time you log on the site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also pay your orders online with a Mouyma gift card.

Discount codes are applied at the time of the payment.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, you can’t be refunded nor exchange your article after 30 days.

To benefit from a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditionas you received it.

To return your item, you must present a receipt or a proof of purchase.

What are your delivery costs and time?

Shipping costs in relay points are free on purchases over 20€. Home deliveries aren’t free and the price varies according to the article.

The orders are shipped in a period between 48 hours and 4 days at the latest, starting from the day of confirmation of the order. Orders will be sent from Monday to Friday by La Poste/Colissimo, Chrono Shop2Shop or Mondial Relay, according to the customer’s choice, after proceeding to the payment.

At any moment, you will be able to follow your parcel on La Poste, Relais Colis or Mondial Relay websites, by typing your package number. By the way, you’ll receive an email as soon as the parcel is sent.

Are Mouyma products delivered internationally?

Mouyma delivers worldwide.
